Jenna - Director

Jenna leads the day-to-day running of JARL, making sure every client feels looked after from first enquiry to completion. She manages viewings, offers, negotiations and the detail that keeps sales and lettings progressing smoothly. Jenna is known for being organised, proactive and easy to reach - the kind of person you actually want on your side when things get stressful. She focuses on clear communication, strong service standards and a smooth experience for sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants.

Karl Pearce - Director

Karl brings a strong background in property through his work in development and investment with Drayton, with experience across both residential and commercial projects. He supports JARL with market insight, property knowledge and the bigger-picture thinking behind pricing, presentation and opportunity spotting. Karl’s focus is helping shape the agency’s direction, relationships and growth - especially where commercial property and development-led decisions need a sharper eye. Practical and property-first, he helps keep JARL grounded in what actually matters: value, demand and results.

Nicki Martin - Marketing & Growth

Nicki leads JARL’s marketing and brand growth, ensuring every property is positioned, presented and promoted to get maximum attention. She combines modern digital marketing with a strong understanding of what drives enquiries - great presentation, clear messaging and a frictionless journey from interest to viewing. Nicki also builds the systems behind the scenes, so leads are followed up properly and opportunities don’t slip through the cracks. Her focus is simple: standout marketing, fast response, and consistent results.
